What do you do as a senior assistant accountant?

• You perform the more complex compilation tasks independently.

• You set up the client's financial administration correctly and prepare the annual accounts correctly.

• You record the findings in the file in accordance with laws and regulations.

• You prepare the advisory work.

• You keep your clients informed of progress, results and next steps.

• You are an example and coach for your colleagues in previous job levels.

• You yourself identify advice based on your good contact with customers and/or via colleagues.

• You proactively look for ways to maintain your productivity.

• You profile yourself as the customer's daily point of contact and advisor.

• You identify cross-selling and overwork signals and actively respond to these by connecting the right people.
